Dervishi Domains provides .ES domain name registration and related services including:

  • Registration, renewal, and transfer of .ES domain names
  • DNS management services
  • WHOIS privacy protection
  • Domain forwarding and redirection

3. Eligibility

To register a .ES domain through Dervishi Domains, registrants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the relevant .ES registry authority. This may include individuals, organisations, or businesses with a legitimate interest in the domain name.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to availability and registry approval. Dervishi Domains does not guarantee that any requested domain name will be available or that a registration will be accepted.

You are responsible for ensuring that your domain registration does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Payment & Fees

All fees are as displayed on the Dervishi Domains website at the time of purchase. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a registration has been submitted to the registry.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Registering domains for phishing, spam, or fraudulent purposes
  • Cybersquatting or bad-faith registration of third-party trademarks
  • Distributing malware or engaging in any illegal activity
  • Circumventing registry eligibility requirements

7. Termination

Dervishi Domains reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and any associated domain registrations if you breach these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaudia Dervishi PF’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dervishi Domains in the preceding 12 months.
